As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

• Passionate about Clients: Greet all clients with enthusiasm. Provide courteous, knowledgeable service. Determine client needs and suggest products. Communicate product knowledge effectively. Provide makeovers as needed.
• Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training for team members. Pursue additional product knowledge. Cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control. Communicate inventory concerns. Ensure compliance with sampling policies. Be aware of store events. Participate in loss prevention programs. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
