Description

As a freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations. Your role is to create a welcoming, inspiring, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to execute in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

If you are a dynamic self-starter seeking a career in prestige beauty, this role offers growth opportunities. Certification in makeup artistry and retail experience are preferred but not required; beginner-level expertise is welcome. Experience in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultations is highly valued, but we are also open to those eager to develop skills in these areas.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred, but amateur level applicants demonstrating high creative and technical skills are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview.

Pay Range

Estimated hourly rate : $18.00 - $20.55, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid holidays, and more. Incentive programs such as commissions or bonuses may also apply.
