Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic freelance sales associate to provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations in-store, delivering an inspirational, personalized customer journey.

You will work with a high-performing team to support in-store events and help maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, with training and growth opportunities within a leading prestige beauty house.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail POS software.
• Certification in makeup artistry desirable but not required; beginner-level experience welcome.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Qualifications

• While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
