Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store freelance sales associate in Canada to provide makeup artistry, skincare and fragrance consultations, and to deliver a welcoming, inspirational customer experience.

You will join a high-performing team, support in-store events, and help maintain premium visual merchandising standards to differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Retail makeup artistry experience or certification is desirable.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Canada for interview purposes.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
