Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking an experienced Labour Relations / HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team in British Columbia, providing hands-on labour relations and HR support to our operations. This role reports to the HR Director, Western Canada and requires practical, timely advice on collective agreements, policies, investigations, grievances, and union relations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in labour relations/HR in a unionized environment, and must travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive labour relations and/or HR experience in a unionized environment.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience interpreting and administering collective agreements.
• Experience with grievances, investigations, discipline, attendance management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of labour relations principles and applicable employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day labour relations and HR advice to operational leaders and managers.
• Interpret and administer collective agreements, policies, and employment legislation.
• Manage and support grievances, investigations, discipline, attendance, performance management, and other employee relations matters.
• Coach managers through difficult employee conversations and workplace issues.
• Support positive and productive relationships with union representatives.
• Assist with collective bargaining preparation, including research, costing, wage analysis, and proposal development.
