Job description

Bartenders are responsible for several functions including, but not limited to, providing exceptional customer service to all guests in a prompt and friendly manner, following all laws and regulations regarding liquor service, stocking the bar and cooler, setting up and taking down the bar completely, and preparing all the bar syrups and garnishes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create, mix, pour, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Follow all recipes and practices for drink production.
• Provide high-level customer service with a professional and personable approach.
• Build and maintain regular clientele.
• Adapt to different personalities to ensure high service levels.
• Ensure accurate charging for all services and orders.
• Maintain effective cost and portion controls to meet profit goals.
• Keep all surfaces and equipment clean and in excellent condition.
• Ensure drink times align with restaurant guidelines.
• Assist in table service as needed.
• Help with product ordering and ensure product freshness.
• Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Work overtime when necessary and support team workload.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as required.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• At least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems.
• Valid liquor service certification.
• Ability to stay professional and composed in stressful situations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle heavy trays.
• Must be over 18 years old and available for open scheduling.
