Overview

Our Bartenders are more than drink makers; they’re engaging hosts with expert knowledge of food, wine and spirits. Known for their showmanship, attention to detail and strong guest connections, they often become the highlight of the event.

The Day to Day

• Create a positive guest experience through engaging interaction and meticulous adherence to the steps of service including expert cocktail preparation and flawless execution
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage items to confidently make recommendations
• Promptly receive drink orders and pour all beverages accurately according to O&B standards
• Present beverages clearly and professionally at the service bar pick-up area
• Communicate beverage descriptions, specials and relevant information to guests and team members
• Set up and dismantle the bar area including dishwasher and cappuccino machine operation
• Stock and maintain all bar products including mise en place
• Monitor and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
• Conduct regular counts and inventories of all beverages and supplies assisting management with ordering
• Remain attentive to special requests including guest allergies
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
