• 3+ years of bartending in a fast-paced, high-volume venue serving cocktails, wine and beer.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Ability to refuse service when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sophisticated knowledge of spirits, wine and bar equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to calculate order totals manually.
• Bartender certificate is an asset.

• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Job Description Located in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant sports and entertainment district, e11even is an elevated dining destination where exceptional hospitality, contemporary North American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails come together in a sophisticated yet energetic atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to RS, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need rises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bartender Certificate from a reputable Bartending School with practical on‑site training is not required but is an asset.
• 3+ years’ experience bartending in a fast‑paced, high‑volume facility that serves cocktails, wine and beer.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises.
• Must be comfortable refusing service to guests if necessary.
• A winning attitude.
• Sophisticated knowledge of spirits, wine and bar equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually.
