Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking a skilled bartender for e11even in Toronto. Deliver top-tier beverage service in a fast-paced, high-energy venue, while upholding responsible service principles and MLSE policies.

You will handle inventory prep, guest inquiries, and bar operations with a team-driven, guest-focused mindset in a vibrant sports and entertainment district.

Qualifications

• Bartender Certificate optional but an asset.
• 3+ years’ bartending in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Comfortable refusing service when necessary.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, and bar tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Perform other administrative or service tasks as needed.
• Follow MLSE Health & Safety policies and OHSA guidelines.
