Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a bartender to join its Food & Beverage team for afternoon service. You will greet guests, respond to requests, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar setting.

The role emphasizes mixology, strong customer service, and teamwork with a must-have Smart Serve Certificate. Hours are 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• 1 year previous bartender experience in a cocktail environment.

Responsibilities

As our Bartender, you will be working with our food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the afternoon hours of our guests' stay. You will greet our guests, respond to guest requests and serve them in a friendly manner, and go out of your way to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding area, and you understand the \"clean as you go\" process. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast paced, environment. Your key attributes to this position include mixology expertise, excellent customer service, multitasking abilities, and strong communication skills. You are a story teller and are informative about the history behind our unique offerings.

You are self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, have a valid Smart Serve Certificate, and can follow instructions as directed. Hours of operation are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays. The hotel is not located on a bus route - therefore you must have your own transportation.
