Job summary

Murphy Hospitality Group, including Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar, is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will advise guests on drinks, take orders, and prepare beverages while ensuring outstanding service and adherence to liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Aloha POS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise guests regarding contents of drinks, cocktails and beer; share knowledge on products.
• Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service.
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware.
• Provide seamless guest service with a memorable experience and upbeat personality.
• Work with the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere.

As a Bartender, You Will
