Roles and Responsibilities

• Possess a strong knowledge of or willingness to learn about craft beer.
• Educate and assist guests with food and drinks.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance with the local health department.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift.
• Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers satisfied at the bar and in the dining room.
• Responsible for all opening and closing side work, as well as ongoing side work.
