Infinity Enterprises Group in Whistler, BC, is seeking a friendly Server/Bartender to deliver attentive table service and craft beverages.

You will take orders, operate the POS, manage beverage prep, and collaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. The role offers hourly pay of CA$18.25 plus gratuities, with additional discounts at our restaurants.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Server and Bartender in a full-service restaurant; high-volume experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and process payments.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverages to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar, dining areas, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards, and assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as needed.

• Salary: (CA$18.25 per hour plus gratuities, historically averaging approximately $7/hour)

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Server and Bartender in a full-service restaurant; high-volume experience is an asset.
• Valid authorization to work in Canada and a valid Serving It Right certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, food and beverage service, and responsible alcohol service.
• Good command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
