Qualifications

Job Description

Elevated dining in the heart of Toronto! As a valued member of our e11even restaurant, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests while embodying our Visions and Values.

• Provide responsible and friendly beverage service to guests.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service following Smart Serve principles.
• Adhere to AGCO and MLSE policies and regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and informed manner.
• Monitor inventory and prepare the bar for service.
• Represent Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and our community positively.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Perform additional administrative or service duties as needed.

Qualifications

We recognize you may not meet all listed qualifications but may have relevant experience. Please share your unique background in the "Message to the Hiring Manager" section of our application.

• Smart Serve certification is required; a Bartender Certificate from a reputable school is an asset but not required.
• 3+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment serving cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable refusing service when necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, and bar equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manually calculate order totals.
