Job Description

Elevated dining in the heart of Toronto! As a team member of e11even restaurant, you will deliver exceptional food & beverage service to our guests by embodying our Visions and Values.

• Provide responsible and friendly beverage service to guests.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service following Smart Serve principles.
• Adhere to AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and informed manner.
• Monitor inventory and prepare the bar for service.
• Represent Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and our community positively.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Perform additional administrative or service functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bartender Certificate from a reputable school (not required but an asset).
• 3+ years’ bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment serving cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable refusing service to guests if necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, and bar equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manually calculate order totals.
