Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
• Efficiently craft drinks to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving responsibly.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; able to recommend and upsell.
• Assist Servers with questions about our Spirited Drinks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
• For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
