Qualifications

• Experience in cafe, restaurant, or similar foodservice.
• Excellent customer service and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests and help them find their perfect coffee.
• Take orders, process payments and keep the line flowing.
• Make quality coffee and espresso drinks that hit the spot every time.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables.
• Keep the café clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, merch, and ingredients before they run low.
• Bus tables and jump in on dishes when needed.
• Help keep indoor and outdoor spaces looking their best.
• Learn more about coffee through tastings and training.
• Follow safety and quality program practices.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to keep improving how we work.
