You will handle orders, payments, restock, and keep the café looking sharp while learning through tastings and training. Eligible for tips and a supportive team culture in a scenic mountain town.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
• Love for coffee and eagerness to learn about coffee brewing and flavor profiles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them find their perfect coffee.
• Take orders, process payments and keep the line moving.
• Make quality coffee and espresso drinks to hit the target every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables when needed.
• Keep the café clean and organized; restock supplies and merch.
• Learn about coffee through tastings and training; follow safety and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve how the team works.
