No experience required; on-site training provided with a focus on customer service and beverage preparation. The role includes lifting duties and weekend/holiday shifts, with a Niagara Region safe food handling certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-site training provided.
• Education: Secondary School Diploma preferred.
• Valid Niagara Region or equivalent safe food handling certificate

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome and greet guests
• Provide beverage and food product information, selection, suggestion and sales
• Food and beverage recording, preparation, customer billing and payment settlement
• Complex activity and amenities information and recommendations
