Starbucks is seeking a barista to join our store team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver the Starbucks Experience through friendly, attentive service and expertly-crafted beverages and foods, while learning our latest recipes.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs with clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes, or customize as requested.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks within the store per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and create the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Prepare and serve beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure store safety.
• Assist with cash handling and balancing during shifts.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a warm, welcoming environment.
