Starbucks Vaughan store is hiring a barista to create the Starbucks Experience for customers. You’ll craft beverages, engage with guests, and maintain a welcoming, clean store while working with a friendly team in a busy environment.

No prior experience is required, and we offer flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities to grow with the brand as part of our diverse partner network in Canada.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued, with focus on building relationships with customers.
• Cash handling and daily store safety procedures knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, and adjust orders as needed.
• Deliver friendly, welcoming service and engage with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations.
• Ensure accuracy with orders, payments and customer interactions.
• Support teammates during busy periods and adapt to shifting needs.
