Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a managing bartending role; wine, cocktail, and inventory knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Natural ability to coach and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the vibrant bar at Table Nineteen.
• Educate, inspire, and motivate the Bar team.
• Train your team to flawlessly execute the drink menu and tailor creative beverages to each Guest's desire.
• Mingle with our guests; ensure quality service and drinks.
• Support a variety of events: patio BBQs, weddings, and lively cocktail receptions.
• Welcome new ideas and contribute to growth.
