Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or cocktail lounge.
• Hotel experience is an asset.
• Fluently spoken, read, and written English; additional language is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests in the 1927 Lounge and in-room dining.
• Manage cash, complying with hotel standards.
• Serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar.
• Collect and report tips at the end of the shift.
