- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to foster inclusivity for Indigenous workers
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
