Responsibilities:

• Handle challenging situations and guide the team through challenges.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to embody Brewhouse values and culture.
• Monitor and address building maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, including ordering and task completion.
• Support your team’s growth within the company.
