• Follow recipes and directions from the Chef.
• Assist in plating to ensure quality presentation.
• Ensure timely service and high-quality output.
• Clean work station and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Identify and report situations affecting Park Hospitality's standards.
