Job summary

Park Hospitality at Assiniboine Park, part of Compass Group Canada, is seeking a part-time Banquets Dishwasher to maintain a clean kitchen and banquet area. You will ensure sanitary dishwashing, proper inventory, and safe handling of equipment while supporting a high standard of hospitality for park visitors.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting, with shifts primarily on-site at the Winnipeg location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting as required.
• Availability to work days and weekends, including holidays and long weekends.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment, dishes, cutlery and related areas.
• Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors; empty trash and change liners.
• Maintain storage areas organized and ensure an adequate supply of clean tableware.
• Adhere to APC policies and maintain a safe work environment for staff and visitors.
