Job summary

Northland Properties is seeking an Event Captain to support the Event Manager and Event Coordinator in delivering exceptional experiences. You will lead shifts with clients and staff, ensure attentive service, and apply strong product knowledge with enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality.

As a key team member, you will help maintain standards, coach staff, and assist with booking procedures while upholding sales processes.

Event Captain

REPORTS TO: Event Manager / Event Coordinator

ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

MEASUREMENT:
