Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee on-site event execution to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Set up and break down event setups and prepare the room, including tables/chairs, A/V, catering buffet, and bar setups as needed.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests and professional, efficient service throughout each event.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, organized manner.
• Supervise event support staff during service and delegate tasks as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with Chef, Restaurant GM, and Event Manager in weekly planning meetings.
• Manage guest inquiries, respond to emails, and prepare quotes and invoices as required.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and quality control throughout each event.
