Ideal candidates bring banquet or high-volume hospitality experience, a guest-first mindset, and Smart Serve certification. Weekend and weekday shifts available in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or other high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong ability to connect with guests and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with guests and staff.
• Stay organized, composed, and effective in fast-paced settings.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with top-notch presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen on dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Learn each event's menu, timeline, and service plan.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the event.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain clean service areas.
• Assist with banquet setup, stations, and restocking supplies.
• Follow directions from Banquet Supervisor for smooth execution.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with the team to deliver memorable events.

What you will be doing

As a Banquet Server, you'll be part of a dynamic team that brings every event to life—from elegant weddings to corporate galas and special celebrations. You'll play an important role in delivering seamless service, genuine hospitality, and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism to create a positive first impression
• Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
• Communicating with the kitchen team to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests
• Becoming familiar with each event's menu, timeline, and service plan
• Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, responsive service throughout each event
• Clearing and resetting tables while maintaining clean, organized service areas
• Assisting with banquet setup, service stations, and restocking supplies as needed
• Following the direction of the Banquet Supervisor to ensure smooth, efficient event execution
• Demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service and memorable events
• Helping create unforgettable experiences for guests celebrating life's special moments
• Performing other duties as assigned to support banquet operations
