Qualifications

• Experience as a server or bartender is preferred.
• Must be legally able to serve alcohol in the province of employment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a courteous manner.
• Take beverage and food orders and deliver promptly.
• Prepare drinks following proper recipes and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions according to policy.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the supervisor/kitchen.
