Job summary

Wanuskewin Heritage Park is seeking a Banquet Server for part-time events in Saskatoon. You will set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and collaborate with kitchen and event teams to deliver warm, culturally respectful service.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant or banquet experience, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work early mornings, nights and weekends. CPR/First Aid and Food Safe Level 1 are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or banquet service.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are an asset.
• Food safety certification (Food Safe Level 1) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive and courteous service, responding to guests' needs throughout the event.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Setting up tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment, banquet presentations, coffee and water service and other banquet materials before events.
• Cleaning catering facilities including tables, floors, chairs, chafers, dishes, utensils, and tableware.
• Responsible for safe storage of all catering equipment and event breakdown after the event.
