Collabera in Toronto is seeking a data-support specialist to retrieve and import files into the database, investigate transactions, and keep internal records up to date. You will also monitor a shared inbox for broker/issuer requests and ensure timely data updates.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, good communication, and strong time-management abilities. Familiarity with term deposits is a plus, and experience in the financial industry is preferred.

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
