BeachHead Inc. is seeking a Banking Associate - RRIF & Excel to support a high-volume, compliance-driven back-office environment in Toronto.

You will review RRIF withdrawal requests, validate data per CRA requirements, and ensure accurate processing of fund transfers. Responsibilities

• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential processing concerns and elevate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the request lifecycle.
• Use internal systems to manage operational workflows and transaction processing.
• Protect confidential customer information while completing assigned activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support timely request completion.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aBanking Associate - RRIF & Excel to support a high-volume, compliance-focused back-office environment. The successful candidate will review and process RRIF withdrawal requests, validate information in accordance with CRA requirements, and ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions involving the transfer of funds.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $24.88/hr
