Job summary

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Manager, Banking to join the Banking Centre of Excellence within the Personal Debt Solutions team, anywhere in Canada. This leadership role oversees daily banking operations across multiple offices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and superior client service while guiding the team.

You will coordinate workloads, monitor progress, coach staff, and resolve complex issues with regulators and clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching staff.
• Minimum 5 years in Insolvency, consumer focus is primary.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible with work schedules, including occasional evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations across multiple offices to ensure accuracy, compliance and service excellence.
• Coordinate workload and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
