Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an Operations Officer for a top financial client in Mississauga.

The Banking Associate-Wire Payments role focuses on processing high-volume wire transfers, data entry, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced banking environment. You will manage requests, ensure SLAs, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external partners while adhering to AML and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of banking or financial institution experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Experience managing SLAs in a regulated environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of financial transactions, including wire transfers and cash product activities.
• Manage shared inbox requests and respond promptly within SLAs.
• Perform accurate data entry and validation of information.
• Support money movement operations for Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business Banking clients.
• Read and interpret documents for information retrieval and response distribution.
• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, including anti-money laundering standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute process improvement ideas.
• Escalate high-risk or non-standard activities as required.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate-Wire Payments.. This position involves processing high-volume financial transactions, managing data entry, and supporting operational activities within a fast-paced banking environment. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr– $24.88/hr

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of financial transactions, including wire transfers and cash product activities
• Manage shared inbox requests and respond promptly within SLAs
• Perform accurate data entry and validation of information
• Support money movement operations for Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business Banking clients
