Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs and identify sales/referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstration using digital tools to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions and respond to inquiries.
• Listen to clients to understand individual needs and resolve issues to prevent problems.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
