You will adopt a friendly approach and utilize your analytical skills to provide a people-centric experience for branch clients.

This role provides development opportunities. By obtaining your mutual fund representative license, if you do not already have it, you can advance in your role and expand your responsibilities, particularly by handling mutual fund transactions.

  1. Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  2. Advise and offer suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs.
  3. Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  5. Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  6. Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team

The branch operates one evening a week. Work schedules vary depending on team availability. The position reports to the Branch Manager and involves collaboration with a team of experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Prerequisites

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) license – if not, you must obtain it within three months of hiring, with a full refund upon successful acquisition
  • Advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity

Proficiency in required languages; skills include Brand Ambassadorship, Business Development, Client Education, Driving Results, Finance, Information Analysis, Investments, Mortgage Lending, Personal Banking, Proposal Generation, Readiness, Small Business, Teamwork, Treasury Management, Client Engagement.
