  • Greet clients and answer questions.
  • Assist clients with banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to client needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Offer advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialized colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team:

The branch operates one evening per week with various work schedules depending on team availability. You will report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or Branch Manager and collaborate daily with specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Prerequisites:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
