Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a dedicated Bank Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing home environment. You will help with daily routines, build positive relationships, and contribute to care plans while maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For
