Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a bilingual Customer Relationship Contact Centre Representative to provide exceptional service to bank customers. This role involves responding to inquiries about credit card usage and marketing programs, maintaining customer records, and fostering positive relationships. Candidates must be proficient in both English and French, and availability during evenings and weekends is required.
The Customer Relationship Contact Centre (CRCC) Representative responds to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank Triangle MasterCard members in an effective and courteous manner, while driving an exceptional customer experience. CRCC Representatives handle diverse call types requiring quick adaptation to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Most inquiries relate to credit card usage, statement receipt, and marketing programs.
This is a bilingual role. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French.
What you’ll do
Bank Customer Service hours of operation:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Shifts will primarily be evenings and weekends; availability during these times is required.
