Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support production workflow by executing packaging, material handling, boiler, and tote-management tasks.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in alignment with GMPs and food-safety standards.
• Assist machine operators and support continuous line efficiency across assigned areas.
• Operate assigned equipment (including walkie and tugger) safely and perform routine checks to maintain product quality.
• Accurately complete required production documentation and communicate effectively with Leads and Supervisors.
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and readiness to assist in multiple production tasks.
• Respond quickly to equipment or process issues and escalation concerns as needed
