Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years of experience operating automated machinery and production lines.
• Ability to work a rotating continental schedule (days/nights).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Machine operating, troubleshooting, and line setup/operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed bakery production lines to ensure efficient output and consistent product quality.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain operational flow and standards.
• Manage raw material availability at the production line to support uninterrupted production.
• Operate and monitor palletizing equipment for finished goods.
• Enter production and inventory data into the warehouse management system.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
