Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Able to pass a clear criminal background check (or has received a pardon).

Responsibilities

• Perform Prescaler tasks: scale ingredients to formula specs, screen for foreign material, load ingredients into mixer, and record data in MII and SAP.
• Operate production and packaging equipment to maintain product quality and meet targets, provide relief for front-end or packaging roles.
• Uphold GMPs, food-safety practices, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Identify and report equipment issues or ingredient anomalies to Leads and Supervisors.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain efficiency, safety, and continuous production flow.
