Morgan's Harbour in Canada’s British Columbia region is seeking a bakery/food processing worker for on-site duties. You will handle food safety, measure ingredients, package products, assist customers, and help with orders and shipping in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary school diploma or equivalent. A Food Safety Certificate is encouraged, with free parking and on-site perks provided.

Responsabilidades

• Food safety/handling and quality checks.
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.

• Clean machines and immediate work areas.
• Serve food or snacks and receive payments.
• Package products for shipment or delivery.
• Assist with order picking and loading/unloading.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food safety/handling skills
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
• Provide customer service
• Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Serve food or snacks
• Receive payments
• Package products
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification
• Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
• Food preparation
• Order picking
• Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
• Carry customer's purchases to parking lot and pack orders in customers' vehicles
