Job summary

North Central Co-op in Fort Saskatchewan is hiring a part-time Bakery Clerk for the Station Square Food Store. Open availability is an asset and you’ll join a community-focused team that serves our local shoppers.

You will handle bakery counter service, prep and stock, maintain displays, monitor temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to customers at the Bakery counter.
• Package, prepare and stock bakery products.
• Maintain a display of bakery products to meet company standards.
• Monitor case temperature and clean equipment/workspaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Other duties as required.

What you'll do:

• Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers at the Bakery counter
