Job summary

North Central Co-op in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, is seeking a Part-Time Produce Clerk for the Station Square Food Store. You will greet customers, offer product knowledge, and ensure fresh produce is displayed and labeled to company standards.

Responsibilities include packaging produce, maintaining displays, monitoring temperatures, and keeping equipment and work areas clean. Prior retail experience is preferred and a positive, energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the produce area.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs consistently.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

What you’ll do:

The Produce Clerk is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by offering a friendly greeting and engaging with customers. This position provides customers with a high-level of product knowledge to assist with purchase decisions.
