Job description

What We're Looking For:

• We are looking for an experienced Bakery/Dough Chef specializing in Arabic and Turkish-style bakery items.

Requirements:

• Strong experience making Manakeesh
• Experience preparing pita bread dough
• Experience preparing pizza dough
• Knowledge of dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking
• Able to maintain consistent dough quality and recipes
• Experience working in a busy restaurant or bakery
• Full-time availability
• Restaurant located in Mississauga

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices related to food handling and preparation.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
