Job summary

Paillard Cap-Rouge recherche un(e) assistant(e) pour travailler dans une grande boulangerie. Vous transportez matières et produits, assurez le service client et effectuez l’empaquetage manuellement dans des sacs et boîtes.

Vous participerez au chargement/déchargement des machines, contrôlerez la qualité et préparerez les pâtes et garnitures selon les recettes ou commandes spécifiques. Travail en équipe et autonomie requis.

Qualifications

• Diplôme réquis: aucun diplôme n’est nécessaire.
• Expérience requise: 1 à 2 ans dans le domaine.
• Aptitudes: travail en équipe, sens du service.

Responsibilities

• Transporte des matières premières, des produits finis et des emballages.
• Assurer le service client.
• Conditionner manuellement les produits dans des sacs et boîtes.
• Alimenter et décharger les machines de traitement.
• Contrôler la qualité de base des produits et des emballages.
• Nettoyer les machines et les zones de travail.
• Peser les matériaux et les produits.
• Fouetter et décorer les gâteaux et produits de boulangerie.
• Travailler avec supervision minimale.
• Examiner le produit et son état prêt pour le marché.
• Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF/GMP).
• Préparer les pâtes pour tartes, pains, brioches et viennoiseries selon recettes ou commandes.

TASKS

• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
• Provide customer service
• Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Weigh materials and goods
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Work with minimal supervision
• Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Clean machines and equipment
