This full-time position in Ottawa offers $18.57 per hour, weekend shifts, and benefits including health, dental and vision. Early mornings or overnight roles and an employee meal plan are provided.

Qualifications

• One year experience working in food service environment is essential.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a Tim Horton's is an asset.
• Ability to follow recipes.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality of products.
• Verbal and written communication in English essential.
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and decorate donuts, muffins, croissants, cookies, bread and other pastries according to company standards
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and with all safety regulations in mind, including labelling and storage of all ingredients during preparation and service.
• Consistently keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently.
• Check to ensure that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.

Responsibilities As a Baker With SSP Canada
